It was incorporated in April of 1989 and has its registered head office in the city of Melilla in Spain. The company purchases its products from producers or other wholesalers and then markets these either to other retailers for reprocessing and/or directly to the public. Apart from its core business, the company is further involved in the promotion of real estate properties. It conducts its business activities in Melilla and serves the general public of the city as well as the surrounding areas.
